Oh Baby

Been a long long time getting this cutie into my collection. Seen a card made with it on the web and no mention of the designer. Had to message and ask but they said they couldn't remember so I searched and searched everywhere and came upon it by accident looking in dis shop  more than a year on. . So frustrating when you want something and can't find it anywhere lol! Coloured her up with Copics and used Scrapeberry Papers and a random baby paper from another collection. Finished off with buttons (love buttons for baby cards) stitched with cream linen thread coloured with a Copic to match.

Say it with flowers

Hello, first of my simple flower cards, must say got a bit addicted to making these kinda cards, great way to play with dies you haven't used for ages or maybe in my case never seen the die cutting machine! Loving the bright colours and not a patterned paper in sight. Cant tell you the flower dies used, sorry, have to admit just have too many and not bought yesterday but any flowers would look just as effective. Finished off with wee buttons, stitched through with linen thread coloured with copic green.

Cute!

Been awhile as usual since I posted anything on here. My track pad on my mac decided to go awol and eventually had to put it into Apple. Ouch, that was a sore one I can tell you but gritted my teeth and have moved on from the shock price tag getting it sorted. Its back and have loads of cards to upload as been ignoring the housework and having fun in my craft room.
Had a play with the Tonic Studio shadow box dies, had them for ages and only made two items with them Like a lot of other craft die in my storage space. Used cuties from MFT coloured with Copics.

A simple Birthday card

A simple card, it explains itself really. Just some die cuts and scattered sparkles. I'm hopeless nowadays remembering which company's dies are from ( there are so many or is it I have too many lol) but think they are Memorybox. In a hurry, mojo flat so simple is the way to go in my book. It always does the trick.

Thinking of you moments!

Been a long long time not blogging, still been crafting away on and off and got me thinking my neglected blog needed some crafty love back into it. So starting with this pair of cuties from MFT stamps and dies. Have coloured them with Copics. Used Mocha brown, Cream and Pink for my colour scheme.

90th Male Birthday Card

Been a long time since I blogged, mainly due to slow broadband these days and my creativeness flew out the window! Only making a card when I needed too and struggled to be happy with the finished article. This card took me three weeks to make, nothing difficult or fancy about it, just kept starting and stopping before I really got going. Pleased how it turned out so thats a start! So heres hoping Ill have more to share soon.

90th made with plain cardstock, embossed and glittered

First time using this card design, found the template on Pinterest. Thought it was a perfect card design for showing off the images and I know the receiver will have it on show long after his big day.

White on White!

This might be my first and last attempt at playing with Gesso and textured paste and since I don't have much in the way of different mediums to bring it to life I went for white on white and just inked the edges of everything. Played safe I think, should of gone to some mixed media classes so I could of let my hair down. I like it so thats the main thing.

Sweet Dreams!

Well we get a fine couple of days here and I go and attempt some gardening, just can't wait for someone else to do it and things go down hill from the start lol! Cut back a few branches on a dogwood and was pulling them out when out of nowhere a smack right in the eye so that was the end of my bit of gardening and everything else for a few days. A trip to A&E Monday night and back Tuesday morning for another check. Scratched the surface of my eye, really lucky there was no bits in it. So this is the first day I have spent any length of time online. Saying that was feeling pretty sorry for myself on Tuesday night and did a bit of online shopping, just hope I bought the right things as vision was pretty hazy through one eye!  So no crafting done this week but have a card I made a few weeks back,  kept it very simple.

Coloured up this East Wind digital image with my Copics. Made an 8x8 card which I don't often make, think they're a bit big and I didn't have any 7x7's left. Hasn't a home to go to yet so no sentiment till it has.

All Dressed Up adorable cutie

My card today is using a freebie kindly provided by Wendy from All Dressed Up over on Kit and Clowder, isn't she adorable! In her shop now on Etsy.  Loved colouring her up, mind you, took some time but was worth it.
Decided to keep it clean and fresh looking.

White card from Polkadoodles, love the smoothness and different weights so can use it for different things, mix and match so the whites are the same!
